I read today that Samuel Wurzelbacher – a.k.a. “Joe the Plubmer” is now joining forces with the music industry’s shameful step-child: Nashville Country. It’s bad enough that we have a music scene filled with pretty faces and lackluster talent – now we got to get a Plumber from Ohio who’s riding his 15-minute wave into the 25th hour. I mean really?
The more disturbing part of all of this – is that people will probably actually buy his record. The same morons who follow politics as if it were reality TV will become fans of even the biggest, well polished turds. As long as the marketing team tells them that this is it! To make it worse, “Joe” is teaming up with the king Nashville Ass Hat – Aaron Tippin. The same moron who brought us the “Drill, Baby, Drill” ignaro-anthem of 2008! (WARNING: The Tippin link is not for the weak stomach)
